This frothy confection reminds me of CHANEL. The first time that I saw it I had to double check the label. Yup - it is definitely Oscar! The dress is covered with daisy-shaped appliques in white with a scattering of black. The underpinning of the dress has a built-in crinoline to give added body to the full skirt.
